The context
Personnel management, time tracking, contracts, salaries, absences and visitor access to the plant handled across scattered systems: spreadsheets, separate tools and manual processes. The goal: unify everything in one platform integrated with the ERP.
What I built
Full development, solo, of a Blazor WebAssembly application on SQL Server covering the personnel management and access control lifecycle: employee onboarding, contracts, salaries, time tracking, absences and visitor registration at the plant. Own REST API for data export and formatting toward leadership and HR.
Outcome
Unified management of personnel, time tracking and visits in a single tool. Automated reporting for HR and leadership, with day-to-day operations integrated with the existing ERP.
