The context
Management of internal incidents, customer complaints and supplier complaints scattered across emails, Excel files and isolated records. Lost traceability, difficulty spotting recurring patterns and slow communication between departments.
What I built
Full end-to-end design and development, solo, of a web platform in Blazor WebAssembly connected to SQL Server, with distinct flows for each type of incident: internal, customer and supplier. SAP integration to sync master data (customers, suppliers, materials) and keep the system consistent with the ERP. Own REST API for data export and formatting toward leadership.
Outcome
Full traceability of every incident from creation to resolution, centralized communication across departments, automated reporting for leadership and a single source of truth for everything related to quality and complaints.
